Hi! I'm Chiara, a Nutritionist, specializing in women's health. I help women in their 40's and 50's who are struggling with hormonal imbalances to restore their health and feel like they've never been.

MY STORY
When I was 12, my mother was diagnosed with an incurable disease. Sadly she passed away ten years later. Since then, I made a promise to myself to do everything I can to take care of my health and continuously educate myself. Now, I've been incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to share my own experiences and the knowledge I have gained on my own platform.

I have been living in London for many years now, but when I first moved here, I faced numerous adjustments. Adapting to the new environment, different foods, unpredictable weather, unfamiliar habits, and diverse cultures was quite a challenge. As a result, I ended up gaining 8 kilos, even though I had been relatively slim for most of my life.

Working in the fashion industry within a corporate setting didn’t make things any easier. I was constantly stressed, and exhausted, had trouble sleeping, experienced mood swings, and sugar cravings, particularly close to my period, migraines, and severe digestive problems that led me to seek medical help due to bloating and abdominal pain. During one of my trips back home, out of curiosity, I consulted with a nutritionist. Hormone testing revealed multiple imbalances. With a few dietary and lifestyle adjustments, along with targeted supplements, I gradually began to feel better. My weight returned to normal and, the overall quality of my life improved significantly. My fascination with the subject grew more and more. I began devouring books, watching videos, attending seminars, and conducting extensive research on nutrition, well-being, and, specifically, hormonal balance to become an expert in the field. Friends and family, witnessing the positive transformation in me, started seeking my advice on nutrition and ways to improve their well-being, look youthful, and stay fit.
One day I made a life-changing decision to resign from my fashion job and, pursue a career as a Nutritionist, dedicated to helping women achieve their well-being and health goals. Today, I have the pleasure of working with clients from all around the world, offering consultations in both English and Italian.

PHILOSOPHY
Chiara believes in personalized and tailored programs, understanding that everyone is unique and responds differently to treatments. She emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet, lifestyle adjustments, and, if needed, supplements. This holistic approach works with the body, often achieving similar results to medications, but without the potential side effects. Sometimes, clients can reduce their medication dosage or even stop taking them altogether, after consultating with their doctor, thanks to the improvements they experience.
