Blackberry Popsicles



5 SERVINGS


INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 cups Frozen Blackberries

  • 1/4 cup Water (warm)

  • 3 tbsps. Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS:


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until mixed well and smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and transfer to the freezer.

  3. Freeze popsicles for four to six hours, or until fully frozen.
