INGREDIENTS:
2 Garlic (cloves)
1 Yellow Onion (peeled, chopped)
4 cups Cauliflower Rice
2 Pear (medium, chopped)
2 Apple (medium, chopped)
1 Carrot (medium, chopped)
6 cups Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium
2 tbsp. Ginger (fresh, peeled, and chopped)
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until all vegetables are soft.
