Cauliflower and Pear Soup



  • 2 Garlic (cloves)

  • 1 Yellow Onion (peeled, chopped)

  • 4 cups Cauliflower Rice

  • 2 Pear (medium, chopped)

  • 2 Apple (medium, chopped)

  • 1 Carrot (medium, chopped)

  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium

  • 2 tbsp. Ginger (fresh, peeled, and chopped)

  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 tbsps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until all vegetables are soft.

  2. Use a hand blender to puree until your desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide into bowls and
