4 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Quinoa (dry)
1 cup Oats (rolled or quick)
3 tbsps. Chia Seeds
1 1/2 tsps. Cinnamon
2 1/2 cups Oat Milk
3 tbsps. Maple Syrup (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS:
In a small pot, cook the quinoa according to package directions. Let the quinoa cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine the cooked quinoa with the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir in the oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
Divide between bowls or jars add some slices of banana if you like and
