Chia Seeds Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4TBSPS CHIA SEEDS,

  • 1 HANDFUL OF BERRIES (RASPBERRY, BLUEBERRY),

  • 1 CUP NON-DAIRY MILK (ALMOND MILK, COCONUT MILK OR SOYA MILK),

  • 1 TSP ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP OR VANILLA ESSENCE TO TASTE


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix chia seeds and non-dairy milk with the maple syrup and vanilla essence in a jar and leave it in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning take it off from the fridge add some berries on top, and it’s ready to go.
