INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP AVOCADOS

  • 1 CUP UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK

  • 1 CUP SPINACH COOKED FROM FRESH

  • 1TBS COCONUT OIL

  • 2 TBS CHIA SEEDS

  • 2 SLICES FRESH GINGER


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
